Oregon Symphony seeks a dedicated and resourceful Development Associate to support the operational foundation of our fundraising efforts. This vital role manages gift processing, maintains donor records, and provides essential administrative support to the Development team, helping ensure the Symphony’s mission is powered by strong, effective fundraising systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track gifts and pledges across all giving channels and ensure timely and accurate acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with Finance on deposits and manage ticket office donations with the Ticket Office Manager.
- Maintain donor records and ensure data integrity in Tessitura and other platforms.
- Generate standard reports and respond to routine and ad-hoc data requests.
- Support internal team logistics, provide administrative assistance, and help with departmental events.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 1+ years of relevant experience, with a basic understanding of fundraising and database systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Tessitura, Greater Giving, Donate2, or Adobe Pro a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Status and compensation:
This is a full-time, exempt position currently following a hybrid-remote work model with a minimum of 2-3 days/week in-office.
Salary: $45k
