What Matters Most:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Your New Role:
We’ve partnered with a client in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry to find an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this new role, you’ll handle a multitude of administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, troubleshooting office equipment, and coordinating service calls. You’ll also handle travel arrangements, book lodging and rental cars, distribute itineraries, and make sure all information is updated on Outlook calendars. They’ll also need your help with any ad hoc projects that come up. It’s a great entry-level role for someone who is interested in AEC and has experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment. This role will be remote to start, but you’ll need to be living in Portland or have plans to relocate to Portland as they’ll move back into the office as soon as it’s OK to do so.
