Overall, our organization is a group of about 30 people who come from various backgrounds but share a unique work ethic. We’ve had employees tell us that they worked at least twice as hard here as they have at any other job.
That hard work pays off. We feel it in the appreciation of our coworkers, and also in the life-changing impact our work has on the families and surrogates we work with.
Our office environment is intimate, supportive, collaborative, and extremely focused. Everyone pulls their own weight, and everyone is highly valued. Also, we have snacks!
Our business has grown substantially in the past few years and our staff has grown accordingly, but once people start here they tend to stay. We hope you will too – we’re looking for someone who wants to join our team long term.
Why should we choose you?
We work in a fascinating, unusual, rewarding field. We want to hear why, specifically, you want to work for our organization. The right answer is any answer – we are just really interested in knowing. Put another way, we will not consider applications that don’t address our organization and this job specifically.
We are located in the Grant Park area of NE Portland. Hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one hour lunch. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance and a 401K.
