Safe & Together works with families with children ages birth to eight who are in foster care at the time of enrollment. The goal of our program is to reunite families and to prevent future occurrences of foster care placement by keeping children safely at home. We do this by providing intensive home visiting and individualized service and support, providing case management and connecting families with stabilizing resources, working in partnership with birth parents, foster parents, DHS/Child Welfare, and other community partners.
Who we are and how we work: We are a unique team of four African American Parent Child Specialists who possess a great deal of experience and a wide range of skills and expertise. We’ve been able to bring these strengths together to build a creative, effective program that supports the health, safety, and growth of the families we serve.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination, implementation and daily oversight of Safe & Together program services, activities and staff. Primary responsibilities include staff supervision, contract compliance and program development.
32 hrs/wk; fully benefitted, salaried position $21.14/hr
