Your New Role:

We’re working with a family-owned education company to get a new Office Manager hired before things get really busy! You’ll take over the day to day tasks of checking email, handling and processing purchase orders, and filling orders in the warehouse as needed. You’ll also have one direct report, a part-time office assistant, who you’ll coordinate projects for. Some light accounting is involved in this role, and everything is done using QuickBooks. This includes processing, invoicing, and paying bills. The team works nimbly, and as such they’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and moving around the office/warehouse environment. Great organization skills and attention to detail are also key here! It’s a small team, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to move up, potentially into an operations management role within the year. Your New Organization:

This organization provides evidence-based curriculum materials, workshops, and training to school and agency staff who work with students with autism. Their goal is to make sure that every child with autism receives effective instruction. There’s no hierarchy here, and they want you to be able to explore different areas of the business.
