Overview:

Multnomah County is seeking a Public Campaign Finance Program Manager to lead the development and implementation  of a new public campaign financing program for Multnomah County elections. This includes convening and collaborating with a Public Campaign Financing Implementation Advisory Committee and providing briefing to the Board of County Commissioners. Responsible for  developing recommendations for program implementation, future staffing, data management, new and updated rules and ordinances while ensuring the work and reports center equity and inclusion with the goal of creating a comprehensive timeline for program launch by December 1, 2025.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree - in lieu of a degree, will we consider equivalent years of related experience
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of administration in the public sector including methods used in project management, policy analysis, and strategic planning.

Hybrid Telework: This position is designated as “hybrid telework,” meaning you will be working both remotely (from home) and in person at an onsite location. The designation of Hybrid Telework may be subject to change at a future time. All employees must reside in Oregon or Washington; the county cannot support ongoing telework from other locations.
