The Care Associate (CA) is a call center operations position and serves as a first responder for calls coming into the call center from ProtoCall’s contracted customers. The CA supports call center operations by using a seamless, customer-centric approach to respond to non-clinical calls on ProtoCall’s contracted lines of service and connect clinically-related calls requiring clinical triage to ProtoCall’s Clinical Specialist staff.
The CA exhibits strong customer service skills in their interactions with callers and customers. In addition, the CA develops and maintains positive interactions and relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management of ProtoCall Services by displaying a positive attitude and exercising open communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: Candidate MUST possess:
Degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree in a behavioral health related discipline
Computer and technology literate with general knowledge of office procedure and protocols
A customer service outlook and a passion for helping others
A desire to advance towards a completed master’s degree and licensure eligibility a plus!
