Salary: Up to $70K DOE Industry: Legal
What Matters Most:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Your New Role:
Here’s a classic Executive Assistant role partnering with a rainmaker attorney as one half of a dynamic duo. You’ll need to be plenty organized to handle their calendar, travel details, and deadlines, but this job is much more than that! You’ll act as a liaison, collaborating with the litigation team, managing correspondence, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders within and outside of the firm. Proactively manage the attorney’s calendar by scheduling appointments, anticipating and managing workflow and, at times, independently making decisions concerning the priority of time commitments. You’ll manage special projects, such as researching and preparing presentations, and optimize workflow by streamlining as many tasks as possible. This is a role where you’ll stay one step ahead of the game as a valued partner and team member!
Your New Organization:
This is one of those premier firms that sets the bar high and exceeds it every single time. They’re a regular on the ‘100 Best Places to Work List,’ with a beautiful office the heart of downtown and a workplace culture that fully recognizes – and rewards – employee contributions. You’re sure to love their unique and comprehensive benefits package, one that’s full of all the things you need to live your best life. You’ll get medical and vision coverage, paid time off, a cafeteria plan, a 401(k) plus match, life and disability insurance, an employee assistance program, and commuter benefits all at your fingertips!
