Your New Role:
This team is looking to build out their HR department starting with an experienced HR Manager – that could be you! We’re seeking someone with a good HR generalist background who’s comfortable in a builder role. You’ll take ownership of the HR functions for a small, but stable Portland business that partners with clients all over the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you’ll provide HR guidance and support to the company president as the business grows. This includes highlighting the company’s goals and core values, and improving the onboarding process to retain top talent. You’ll have direct access to a very collaborative leader who is looking for an experience HR professional to give strategic direction. They’re seeking someone who is adaptable and patient with experience working in the manufacturing, construction, or other industries with a dispersed workforce. A Bachelor’s degree and certifications are a major plus!
