General Function:
Under the supervision of the PEWTW Coordinator III, the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to the day-to-day operations of the Portland Electric Ways to Work program. Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, community engagement, outreach and building trusting relationships with our English and Spanish speaking participants and community partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all the activities planned by the PEWTW Program Coordinator III
- Support Program lead trainings and events
- Support and organize loan committee meetings/emails
- Provide community outreach to the Spanish speaking population of Portland
- Provide presentations to community partners about PEWTW program in collaboration with PEWTW Outreach Coordinator III
- Attend Portland Electric Ways to Work team meetings and MFS PCEF Collaboration meetings
- Attend regularly occurring supervision meetings with Loan Coordinator III, Program Staff, and Agency
- Organize and maintain program file and documentation as required
- Apply assessments when needed
- Check-in with clients regularly to ensure participant success
- Support Spanish speaking participants when payments are late
- Monitor and respond to applicants expressing interest
- Send email resource blasts to program email list
- Provide interpretation and messaging to Spanish speaking participants
- Maintain up-to-date data entry into the agency database, Efforts to Outcomes (ETO)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Experience and knowledge of financial literacy education
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to access and use the internet effectively
- Ability to provide strength-based resource and referral services to families

- Experience working in collaboration with a variety of agencies and programs
