Position Overview:   

The Springs Living is seeking a Success Coach to support team members in building long-term career success. In this role, you will help employees improve job performance, overcome personal barriers, and prepare for advancement opportunities. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a background in career coaching, social work, case management, or workforce development who is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

This position has 3 primary purposes:   

Coaching 

  • Develop personalized action plans to help employees identify strengths, address challenges, and improve job performance. 
  • Guide employees on essential workplace skills such as communication, time management, adapting to company culture, and career growth. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on resume development, interviewing skills, and professional networking. 
  • Collaborate with employees to set realistic career goals and provide ongoing support to help them achieve those milestones. 
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted training to support employee retention and advancement. 

Resource Navigation  

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to help individuals navigate and overcome common employment barriers. 
  • Connect employees with supportive services such as transportation assistance, childcare resources, and financial planning. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with local service providers to ensure employees have access to a broad range of resources. 
  • Act as a trusted resource to guide employees through personal and professional challenges. 

Program Management 

  • Develop partnerships with Springs Living leadership teams to align job opportunities with employee development goals. 
  • Engage with community resources and labor market insights to integrate local trends into coaching sessions. 
  • Track employee progress, resource usage, and program outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. 
  • Prepare and submit reports on program metrics and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement based on feedback and program goals. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends and employment best practices to continually enhance program effectiveness. 

  Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Case Management, Education or a related field preferred.   
  • 2+ years of experience in career coaching, workforce development, resource networking, teaching or similar skills. 
  • High level of cultural competency and sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support employees. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to build a new employee support framework. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create and implement new support strategies. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

  • ERN-USA’s onsite Success Coaching approach transforms companies by helping individual employees overcome employment barriers, build career resilience, and achieve lasting growth and stability through employee support and training. In the partnership between The Springs Living and ERN-USA, upon hire as our Success Coach, you will be trained to confidentially help employees improve employment skills, overcome personal barriers, and prepare for advancement opportunities. 

Work Environment:  This role involves travel within Oregon, with mileage reimbursement provided for required travel. Due to the nature of the work, flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate employee schedules and ensure access to available resources.  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000 per year
