Salary: $50K-$60K DOE
What Matters Most:
- 5+ years as a legal assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite required; ProLaw preferred
- Experience with ORCP and federal court filing required
- High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Days will whiz by as you spend your time providing critical administrative assistance to a busy partner and associates, while also performing traditional paralegal tasks, such as research and drafting. If you have a proven track record of at least 5+ years of managing competing priorities, this could be your dream job! With your keen eye for detail and ability to always think five steps ahead, you will be able to handle a packed litigation calendar with ease. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ProLaw, local court rules, and e-filing. You’ll also maintain great professional relationships with clients, attorneys, staff, and court personnel.
