The Sales Recruiter role is essential to our success. This position focuses on the livelihood of our business – The Candidate!

As a Sales Recruiter, the day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sourcing candidates, virtually interviewing, guiding the candidate through the hiring process, and making placements with our employer clients. Your first year will be challenging as you learn the business and build your candidate pipeline, but you will develop at a pace that should surprise even yourself.

2 2 week remote program that can be used anytime of the year in a similar time zone

· 3 weeks of PTO

Schedule

· Monday - Friday with 2 Remote days/week after training is complete

Typical Income Schedule

· Year 1: 75k

· Year 2: 75k – 105k

· Year 3: 100k – 150k

· Year 4: 125k – 175k+

· Year 5: 150k – 250k+

Phase 1: Recruitment Training

Recruiter

· Learn and grow while working on the candidate portion of our business

· Recruit candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, cold-calling and networking

· Bill a minimum of 40k per quarter

· Move to a Senior Recruiter Role after you bill 55k for 2 quarters in a row

Phase 2: Account Management Training

Senior Recruiter

· Recruit candidates and bill substantial revenue for the company

· Begin managing new client accounts for SalesFirst

· Assist and coach your peers

· Move to a Recruiting Manager Role once you have acquired enough clients

Phase 3: Leadership Training

Recruiting Manager

· Recruit candidates and bill substantial revenue for the company

· Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard new business / clients

· Assist and coach your peers

Phase 4: Senior Leadership

Divisional Director

· Lead your current team or create a new department in your office

· Hire and Lead Account Managers & Recruiters

General Manager / Vice President / Partner

· Start a new branch for us as an Employee or Partner

· Hire and Lead Account Managers & Recruiters
