What Matters Most:
- 3+ years of experience processing high-volume weekly payroll
- Proficiency in MS Office required; Ultipor experience a huge plus
- Experience with union, non-union payroll and tax required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Your New Role:
Boly:Welch has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the ranks of a well-respected construction company in the Portland community. You’ll draw upon all aspects of your payroll background to deliver accurate and timely work. Deliverables include collecting timesheets, calculating hours worked and pay received as well as transmitting weekly payments to employees. We’re seeking someone who has dabbled in human resources and knows how to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively with your team to process payroll deductions related to garnishments, parking fees, 401(k), and healthcare, and work quick to resolve any employee payment issues. There’s no micromanaging here – they’ll put their trust in you to get the job done right.
