What Matters Most:
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Experience in Salesforce, or other planned giving CRM, preferred
- Experience with planned giving and gift planning required
- Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax laws strongly preferred
Your New Role:
In your role as Planned Giving Manager, you’ll be supporting the long term legacy giving for this highly regarded nonprofit to keep it growing and giving back to the community. You’ll be leading the planned gift strategy, supporting long-term strategic goals for legacy giving. To be really successful, you’ll be using your knowledge of estate administration and the probate process, working closely with donors and prospects to secure and steward their gifts. In fact, you’ll spend up to half of your time outside the office directly meeting with donors and families close to home. However, this is not a solo operation – you’ll be part an engaged and dedicated team responsible for powering this established, expanding organization. The best candidate will also have the right touch – collaborative, proactive, communicative. This amazing organization needs you.
