Janitorial/ Facilities Mainenance

Portland area business is looking for an addition to our maintenance team. Tasks include commercial janitorial work, painting, and light repairs.  Applicants must have janitorial experience, must be able to use hand tools (on a light basis), and must be able to make minor mechanical repairs. Responsibilities will include daily janitorial work, facilities maintenance, including light repairs. Possibility of light office work. Please email your resume or list of qualifications.  

Required skills:

• Ability to use hand tools
• Painting
• Ability to install a deadbolt (including drilling hole)
• Ability to do heavy cleaning and janitorial work
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability/willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily cleaning/ janitorial work
• Painting
• Light repairs
• Equipment maintenance

There is room for rapid pay advancement for the right candidate.
