Your New Role:
As an Administrative Assistant working in-office at this commercial real estate group, you’ll be responsible for supporting the brokerage team by answering and routing calls, greeting guests and clients, and completing legal documents in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. You’ll also work closely with the marketing, transaction, and accounting teams to help with client outreach projects, invoicing, and record management. The administrative staff is a team of four – you’ll be able to take on stretch tasks over time as you get settled in the position. This team is seeking someone who is patient, ready to learn, and able to work both independently and on a team.
