Company Assistant

Northwest Property Group LLC, a real estate investment company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Company Assistant to join our team in Portland, Oregon.  We are looking for a motivated individual for a full-time or part-time position.  The position requires office skills, as well as the ability to do light maintenance.  Experience in real estate, title, escrow or property management is a plus, but not required.          

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and efficient data entry from various sources (county records, title companies, etc.).

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel for data sorting and manipulation.

  • General office assistance as needed.

  • Hands-on maintenance 

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred, but not required (some college is required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to do research and learn new skills.
  • Real estate, title, escrow, or property management experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to do light maintenance.

  • Part-time or Full-time position available.

  • In-office at 227 SW Pine St, Portland, OR 97204.

  • Compensation: $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
