The Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) is seeking a Member Services Director to oversee the department, including two staff members, and lead the organization’s overall membership and education strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is a member of the management team, develops and implements strategies to broaden the impact of AOC programs and services, while growing and maintaining membership. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Legislative Affairs, Operations, Administrative Services, and County Road Program, and select Affiliate members, to lead and coordinate membership and education related activities.
Pay Range and Benefits
The pay range for this position is currently $83,949 - $114,927, with additional longevity increases up to $129,724.
AOC offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including health (medical/vision), dental, retirement, and wellness benefits for the employee and their qualified family members, as well as paid sick leave, vacation leave, and 12 paid holidays a year.
In addition, the AOC retirement plan contribution is 15 percent of the employees’ wages, with employees paying six percent and the employer paying nine percent of the contribution following the completion of one thousand hours.
Schedule and Location
This position is full-time, exempt, and offers a flexible hybrid work schedule after onboarding at the AOC office in Salem, Oregon.
