Your New Role:

We’re working on a Development Associate role with a long-standing Portland nonprofit – it’s a great position for someone who likes analyzing data and collaborating across departments. You’ll join four other people on the development team to handle all aspects of the fundraising database including processing gifts, pulling reports, and coordinating with the Finance department. You’ll also provide event support and manage print and email communications to support the agency’s fundraising goals and strategies. Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM software nice to have. Growth in this Development Associate role includes working on more events as well as advocacy and policy work. Do you have great attention to detail and experience handling confidential information? Send us your resume!

Your New Organization:

This organization partners with people and communities impacted by poverty. They’re stable, well-respected, and growing – the team is comprised of people who really believe in the mission. There are also plenty of opportunities for mentorship. Your benefits will include paid time off, medical insurance, disability and life insurance, an employee assistance program, a cafeteria plan, and a 401(k) plus match. There are also some very nice perks – a six week paid sabbatical after seven years, access to wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
